Complaints
Despite all our efforts, it may happen that you are not satisfied with our products or service. If this is the case, we ask you to notify us of your complaint as soon as possible. You will always receive a substantive response to your complaint as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days.
You can notify us of your complaint in the following ways:
- First contact our customer service (see our contact details above). Our customer service staff will try to resolve your complaint as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
- Still not satisfied with the offered solution? Then send your complaint as completely as possible by email to the attention of customer service. We will review your complaint again and, if possible, try to offer you another solution.
- If your complaint is still not resolved satisfactorily, you can submit your complaint to the Dutch Home Shopping Organization via their website.
- Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Disputes Committee Home Shopping, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl). In addition, you can also turn to the European online dispute platform.

Our customer service is open on weekdays from 09:00 - 17:00. We are reachable by phone on weekdays from 09:00 - 12:00.
