KERALIT Keralysin ointment

Gently dissolves scabs and crusts. With mallenders, eczema, and older skin injuries, scabs often cover the affected areas of the skin, adhering stubbornly and sticking to the hairs. This hinders treatment of the underlying pathogens. The extremely thin oils in KERALIT Keralysin Ointment infiltrate and soften these scab layers and loosen them. They can then be gently removed without mechanical irritation or injury to the skin, often after just one overnight application. Only then can additionally prescribed disinfectants or medications achieve their optimal effect. KERALIT Keralysin Ointment has proved especially useful for Friesians or other horses with a long coat in the fetlock bend, as removing the coat for treatment is unnecessary.
